1964 Porsche 911

The idea to manufacture 1964 Porsche 911 hit the engineers at Porsche in 1956. This two-seater was spacious than the 356 and it later replaced the 356 with this car. Porsche initially planned to make the 1964 Porsche 911 a four-seater but dropped the idea in order to avoid competition from companies like Daimler-Benz. The 911 was more modern in appearance than 356. It was powered by a six-cylinder engine.
