To own one of the 36 Ferrari 250 GTOs is almost a distant dream and it is rumored that it will cost a whopping $30,000,000. Initially, Giotto Bizzarrini was to design the car but the orthodoxy of his design cost him to hand over the car designing to Mauro Forghieri and Sergio Scaglietti. They almost came up with 100 prototypes to arrive at the final version. Three cars out of the 36 have a 4 liter 330 engine and were called 330 GTO. Amazingly, this car has won the World Manufacturer’s Championship for three consecutive years starting from 1962.
