Factory produced cars may be valuable assets but there’s nothing that can be compared to bespoked vehicles. Having a car custom made according to your preference has to be the ultimate high, giving you a one-of-a-kind driving experience. Designers of bespoked cars are many but one name that stands out is Afzal Kahn. Catering to famous clients like Arnold Schwarzenegger and even the entire Chelsea football team, he’s someone to be reckoned with. He works on heavyweights like Range Rovers and Aston Martins, stripping them down to their bare essentials and recreating them into even better works of art. His completed works don’t come cheap, costing about 70,000 pounds for a Vesuvius Edition Sport 300.

Kahn’s latest completed project involves a Porsche. Not new to working on Porsches, his newest creation called the Design Porsche Panamera is a beauty. Costing a pricey 86,875 pounds, Kahn has pulled out all the stops to make sure that his Panamera is worth every penny. Designed in carbon grey, the car has been fitted with wide vented rear and front wheel arches, rear spoiler, a lowered suspension system and tinted glass. Adding more to the real brute are 22-inch Kahn RS600 wheels available in the color of a customer’s choice. Kahn put in a custom stainless steel exhaust system in addition to red brake calipers, integrated rear air dam and billet aluminum side vents.
The interior has also been modified considerably with dark red perforated and quilted leather and a red speedometer and rev counter. The overall color combination perfectly complements the carbon grey of the exterior, giving the Design Porsche Panamera a sporty and aggressive look.
The factory-produced Panamera was popular to begin with but Kahn’s remodeling has given it an edge that we didn’t know was missing. A leaner, meaner machine is what we’ve been presented with and we’re more than happy to welcome it into the world of bespoked cars.
