Audi TT coupe was launched in India by Audi in March 2008, after it was showcased as a concept at the 1995 Frankfurt show and debuted in U.S in 2000. The coupe is based on Volkswagen A platform and comes as a four seater. The exterior of the coupe is very dynamic and looks sporty with xenon plus halogen headlights, retractable rear spoiler and 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels. The interior is spacious and have enough legroom for the rear seats also. Bluetooth, an iPod dock, heated door mirrors and electronic climate control are some of the features of the coupe. Audi TT Coupe is available as a single variant in India with 3.2L Quattro engine and having six gears automatic transmission.

Audi TT features a low positioned single-frame grille and flat intake slits beneath the radiator grille. The sharp edged corners of halogen headlights with LED Daytime running lights look fierce complemented with rounded front and rear fog lamps that provide enhanced illumination. On the rear, integrated exhaust containing dual pipes on the left emphasize the athletic character of the car. The car also features a retractable rear spoiler, which deploys and retracts automatically at set speeds or when the centre console button is pushed.
