For the first time, BMW’s new X1 Edition Powder Ride special edition is being offered with a bunch of winter accessories. The model features a bunch of new accessories like a front armrest, new storage-enhancing design and the full xLine trim. Other newly introduced additions to the model are all-weather floor mats, a snowboard bag, a ski bag and a BMW base support system with a 460 roof box. The X1 Edition Powder Ride will also be offered with a pair of Powder Ride skis designed by K2 LTD exclusively for the buyers of the special edition model.

The full selection of BMW xLine equipment and design will be offered with the vehicle with its exterior getting a lot of nice new touches like ambient lighting, dark copper trim strips, seats with fabric/leather upholstery, multifunction buttons on the sports leather steering wheel, door sill strips, special 18-inch light-alloy wheels and matt Glacier Silver exterior element. The model will be offered in a number of non-metallic paint finishes.
The BMW X1 Edition Powder Ride special edition is scheduled to be offered with a number of of variants including the xDrive25d, xDrive20d, xDrive18d, xDrive28i and xDrive20i and will begin shipping around November 2012. The 2013 X1 Edition Powder Ride upgrade has been priced at €3,450 in Germany.
