2007 Lotus Exige S GT: Celebrating its Success with a 'Special Edition' Launch

The Lotus Sport Exige GT3 created history by winning the British GT3 in its first ever tourney of the competitive circuit ... The Lotus teamed up with the Cadena Racing Team and won the competition with one race pending to complete their inaugural season of the competition...Overwhelmed by this super triumph story, Lotus has launched the Special Edition of the Lotus Exige S GT to pay Homage to the success of The Lotus Sport Exige GT3 Racecar.

The Special Edition is based on the Lotus Exige S Model, The Exterior has a Quadra Stripe, individually identifiable by uniquely numbered 'British GT' badges, Lotus Sport Cadena supplier decals and silver 7 twin-spoke forged alloy wheels, along with unique sports seats, door trims and Lotus Sport floor carpets.

A six-speed Supercharged, 1796 cc Engine powers it. This engine uses an Advanced WTL-I Technology that makes this car sprint from 0-60 mph in just 4.1 seconds with a Top Speed of 148 miles per hour. For those who consider speed more than anything, can add a special GT pack, which increases the horsepower by 25 units thus improving the 0 to 60 timing to less than 4 seconds and the top speed to 155 mph.
