2010 Paris Motor Show: Lotus unwraps Elan concept

Lotus was busy, pretty busy indeed, prior to Paris Motor Show. It is evident with its five concept vehicle explosion that swept the show on the first day. Well, the fourth one out of total five vehicles revealed by Lotus is Elan concept. This vehicle is less powerful than Lotus Esprit and Elite hybrid concept but more powerful than Elise concept.

Powering Lotus Elan concept is a 450hp, 465Nm torque generating supercharged 4.0-liter V6 engine which has been combined to a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox from Toyota. It races from 0-100km/h in 3.5 seconds and has a top speed of 310km/h.
