A mini powered by Honda B18C

So it is the age of ‘mini’ and everything that comes at us these days has to be small, compact and very much built to fit in to space less than they were initially meant for. Getting smaller, sleeker and more compact is the order of the day. That of course does not mean that one compromises on the performance of the gadget or the vehicles. We want the best possible output in smaller space and lot more agility. This could not be truer than in the case of modern cars which are built to give the optimum performance with the minimum possible fuss. So we have another powerful mini thrown our way.

This is a BMC Mini powered by a Honda B18C. The Honda B18C you're looking at, and mounted right behind the driver's shoulder blades too. Sir Alec Issignonis won worldwide acclaim for the incredible handling he managed to engineer into the FWD Mini, but we wonder what he'd think of this mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive monster. This really is something that is designed to pack a punch in the performance and it delivers a lot more than what one would expect from it. Everything on this is pretty easy to spot and there is nothing much that would go unnoticed!
