Exige Challenger - The name says it all!

Just have a look at this one, isn’t it a beauty? Yes, a definite yes. The new car around the block is a British sports car, Designed by Jim Dowle. With the intention to make the drive as much as possible, Dowle expects to complete the first prototypes of a sports car, which will prove a competitor of the Lotus Exige, Exige challenger.

Dowle, who worked with McLaren Cars and most importantly with Gordon Murray, is now running an automotive designing and prototyping company named JJAD. He is quite clear on the features that he wishes to showcase his creation. Still in the designing stage, Dowle needs to fix on the various engine options he has in mind.

Expected to be priced at around a grand total of £35,000, the car would weigh around 870 kg, will have a 200bhp mid-mounted motor and lots of luggage space. A driver’s delight and a strong GT engine, I think that makes it all the more alluring.
