Racing cars have a thrill of their own, especially, if they have been built in a traditional yet modern kind of way. 1925 Bugatti Type 35B Grand Prix two-seater is one such car. Jack Perkins, its former owner and director of Bugatti Owners’ Club has put it up for sale by Bonhams. The car has a very colourful history, but even better than its history is the present.

His dream car has managed to become the fastest racing car, achieving a best time of 52.15 seconds in 1954 and surpassing the older score and achieving 46.21 in 1981. The car is a fighter of all times, it surely deserves all the attention and the money’s worth its getting. As of now, the car has been returned to its original two seater design by Rod Jolley and was on exhibition in the Haynes Motor Museum in Somerset till last December.
The Bugatti is a car worth treasuring, for not only does it have traditional values attached to it, but also, it’s the fastest racing car. Check out the vintage design it boasts of and also, the beauty which it encompasses in its design.
