The Amphibious Rescue Craft, or the A.R.C is an emergency vehicle designed to reach difficult locations and navigate difficult terrain. This concept from Adam Schacter has variable height ground clearance and big wheels to help it negotiate tough roads. Its looks put forward the concept’s rugged construction, and also show the boat hull that will help the vehicle move through water. The large wheels on the ARC are retractable, allowing greater maneuverability and higher speeds in water. The capabilities of the vehicle will make it very useful for flood or cyclone hit areas where movement entirely through roads is not possible.
