AT&T launches CruiseCast in-car TV

AT&T’s CruiseCast in-car TV service had been under test for some time, and it is now off the testing phase and into the product avatar. The service for cars will cost $1299 for initial installation and hardware, and costs $28 every month as subscription fees. CruiseCast will allow access to 42 channels of satellite TV and radio, or more specifically, 22 channels of TV and 20 radio stations, that can be beamed to the existing rear-seat entertainment systems in cars.
