Audi’s electric R8 e-Tron concept leaked!

There have been a few high-profile leaks as Frankfurt draws near, and now one of Audi’s best guarded secrets, the electric supercar that had been teased a few days ago has found its way to the internet. Our friends over at World Car Fans have got their hands on some images/ concept files of the Audi e-Tron and it looks like the concept will steal the thunder, or at least some of it, from BMW’s Vision EfficientDynamics Concept.

The concept shows a marked difference in the front grill, wheels and the rear end, plus it gets all-LED headlights. Interiors are centered towards the driver, and there are two screens, one to hold the navigation while the other works with the rear view camera. The Audi R8 e-Tron may either be fully electric, or a hybrid vehicle.
