BMW 1-Series hatchback sighted in San Francisco

BMW had confirmed earlier that it won't be introducing the 1-Series hatchbacks in the United States. So Americans were expecting a BMW 1-Series Coupe and Convertible instead. However, much to the surprise of many the hatch was spotted recently in San Francisco.
