This is something amazing here and was meant for the Bionicle Display's Bionicle Freak contest. There is nothing clear as to what system it has but it’s just awesome creation. This product was initially developed by Throttle was a soldier in the Zola Island war.

Throttle lost his legs and left in the battle field to die. And there he started tinkering with the parts of the destroyed vehicles littered around and finally built a makeshift mono-wheel. Inside this big wheel there are two small wheels that ride on top of the large wheel. Also, there is a kickstand XD and grey connectors all around the wheel that help keep the small wheels on the track. The shoulder armor is also used as steering vanes. Well, it’s a great Idea with the wheel, and awesome job overall.
