Get ready for a Hobgoblin's ride

I came across this picture on Dvorak, which says nothing about this bike or its tuner. From its appearance, it surely looks a goblins bike as though cannibal rode it all the way from hell. The tuner has incorporated an interesting tuning scheme with the entire upper body being covered by a skeleton and then painted it silver. The wheels do not thwart the dare devil looks of the bike either.

Can anyone let me know the name of the tuner ...And please do not come up with geeky answers like Dreqi or Djall. My guess says it has to be some rocker with an uncanny knack of Tuning cruisers ... If this one is an ordinary cruiser tuned into a devils ride, this work deserves rave reviews, on the contrary if this one is a high priced Harley then this guy is some foolish geek who has tuned a company built devil into a hopeless cruiser. What say !
