Heico Sportiv takes on Volvo S80 and C30 for SEMA

Volvo released details of two tuned cars that will make an appearance in SEMA show to be held in Las Vegas. Volvo S80 and Volvo C30, both tuned by Heico Sportiv will make an appearance at SEMA.

The S80 has been loaded with a T6 biotehanol engine that will pump out 350hp and provide a max torque of 550 Nm. Heico S80 High performance concept will rush from 0 to 100kmph in 5.8 seconds.

Heico S80 has Volvo's electronically controlled All Wheel Drive system with Instant Traction and a specially developed sports suspension. Inclusion of new shocks and springs takes the ride height down by 40mm. The S80 runs on 20-inch VOLUTION®X forged alloy wheels.

S80 is covered with seven coats of paint to give the 'real metal' effect. The paint process is arduous and takes nearly 2 weeks to complete. Interior gets full high-quality leather in Mystic Blue.

The C30 has received a turbocharged T5 engine that produces 300hp and 420Nm of torque. Top speed for this car has been fixed at 250kmph and it takes 5.4 seconds to accelerate from a standing start to 100kmph.

Addition of a new sports suspension, shocks and springs pull down the ride height by 40mm. The car has 19-inch VOLUTION® V TITAN wheels.

Volvo C30 also gets integrated spoiler flaps, three large airducts and an integrated sport grille with the Volvo iron mark. Interiors get orange leather for a radiant look.

This surely is a surprising timing to announce models for SEMA. With the world engrossed in the Frankfurt Motor Show, it reminds us there's something after Frankfurt as well!
