Honda's all-new Civic Type R Sedan reaches Japan

The Honda's all-new Civic Type R sedan will go on sale throughout Japan on Friday, March 30. The pure sports edition of the Civic comes with superior driving performance with the 2.0-liter K20A four cylinder that conceals 100 hp/liter, delivering roughly 225 hp at 8,000 rpm and 159 lb-ft of torque at 6,100 rpm.

There is a six speed manual transmission that gives power to the 18-inch front wheels. The car weighs 2755 lbs without any A/C stuffed and the body stiffness is claimed to be 50 percent better than that of Integra Type R. No words on pricing of the beauty.
