The Paris Motor Show is about to kick off and we're seeing some pretty neat designs. This here is Mercedes' concept of a station wagon (no specification of which class yet), although it's called "Fascination".
From the inside, it's got a powerful 2.2L, 4-cylinder, 201hp diesel engine with massive 369 lb-ft of torque. This new engine will make its first run in the new C250 CDI "BlueEFFICIENCY Prime Edition" model.
Exterior-wise, it disappoints me. I liked the new C-class front and rear styling but this one just isn't good. The front end of this car is ugly; first thing in my mind when I saw it was someone converging their eyes. The rear is pretty much alright. But, the styling from the sides is very aerodynamic and cool, with sharp, muscular lines. Of course, this is still a concept, so it can (hopefully) still be revised before the big show.
