Sasank Gopinathan, a product design graduate from Cochin, India, decided to revive third oldest car company with new luxury sedan. The super car T8 unveiled by him is worth looking for. Inspiration comes from the Czech automotive brand “TATRA”, which is quiet famous for its unique designs and exclusive technical solutions.

In TatraT8 Project, he incorporated V8 engine in the rear end. This is the most important and one of the unique traits of all the major cars of Tatra since 1940’s. Although mounting of V8 engine at the rear is a real difficult task. But Sasank worked on it and created a vent at the rear end of the car in such a manner that it is not obstructive to the rear passenger’s door.
This vent is also working as C pillar and reduced obstructions. Grille Design, which is the trademark of TatraT603, is incorporated by him in his T8 project. In other Tatra cars such as T613 and 1700 adapted version of Grille design is used. He sketched various designs and attended workshops to work on its design. After so much of hard work he comes up with this passionate thing TatraT8. He attempted to revive the world’s third oldest car making the new flagship model for the company.
The Design of TatraT8 is exclusive. It is a luxury sedan with 4 doors. With air-cooled V8 engine mounted at the rear end, for the height, width and the wheelbase of the car, Mercedes S-Class is used as a reference. The wheelbase of this car is 3.1 meter and the doors of this car, allow easy egress and ingress.
The Designer of T8 has added many exclusive features in order to implement many special techniques. It is more exclusive in terms of technology and design. It offers great comfort, maximum space and unique driving experience.
