The Mokai kayak can change form quickly, going from a docile pedal powered kayak to some jet-powered action. It can seat two and comes with a six hp Honda engine coupled to a jet propulsion system. The system can be removed or installed in about a minute, making the transition an efficient affair. It is 11 feet, 8 inches in length and can run for eight hours on three gallons of fuel.
