Motive Switch BEHEV Concept at the Automotive X-Prize

With the need of the hour being lesser consumption of energy for survival, more and more carmakers would surface to leave a lasting impression in this challenging sphere. A sphere that demands cleaner and greener vehicles by adopting technology unheard and in that very domain enters the Motive Industries. Maybe you people were aware of the name, but for me it comes as an organization that is challenging the dexterity of automobile designing by bringing out vehicles that use a fraction of energy used by present day vehicles. Motive is planning to contest the X Prize competition with its BEHEV Switch Concept. This Hybrid vehicle would come with a small diesel or motorcycle engine in the rear and the company also plans to equip it with a mini-turbine. The exterior overlapping design is to give the Switch a sturdier approach. I hope they could reveal a little more about it before it hits the X Prize, so that we could envisage its stature in the competition.
