MRI’s Thumper Trike is an absolute stunner to pass by

Trikes are the rare sight on the road and they aren’t necessarily attractive. But the one pictured above is an absolute stunner to pass by. It comes out after 2500 hours of man hours and is built around a 2006 Road Glide Trike from Harley-Davidson. The custom made machine is built by Matt Risley from MRI Customs in Phoenix AZ. Apart from S&S 124" engine and Harley Davidson transmission, the awe aspiring trike features 2 TV’s, 2 amps and 2 cameras, with over 50 meters of fiberglas being stretched to create this trike’s custom body.

Dubbed the Thumper Trike, the machine is hand built marvel. The hand built parts include front fender, fuel tank, bars, motor mount, fairing, speedo housing, exhaust system, sub box, TV housings, the actuated trunk door, rear bumper along with the highly modified trike body. On the other, all the running, brake and turn signal lights are flush mounted in the body and breaking to the beast is provided with PM brakes upfront and HD brakes at the rear. For the absolute grip on the road, the trike runs on 21″ wheel at front while in the rear there are 2 18″ x 9″ wheels from Center Line.
