Nissan’s has added anew feather to its cap by introducing Pivo 2- a new version of Pivo concept, first shown in 2005. On display at the recently concluded Geneva Motor Show, Pivo 2 certainly caught every eye gliding high on hopes owing to some very distinguished features. The Nissan Pivo 2 is truly an electric concept vehicle of the future having a “talking robot” who doesn’t just talk but functions reading the mood of the driver thanks to facial and voice-recognition software. The Pivo 2 comes outfitted with an ultra-thin electric motor that brings twice the power of a customary electric motor.Its eco-friendly at the same time. Its four motors, one on each wheel, offer identical level of torque as produced by a V8 engine and can turn through 90 degrees to allow Pivo 2 to drive sideways as well as forward.


Moreover, it’s a small Lithium-ion battery powered personal transport vehicle with a unique rotating cabin making reversing outmoded and employs 'by-wire' technologies for braking and steering. The cabin fits 3 people suited extremely to this very tiny vehicle. Pivo 2 will be put on show at the Nissan Ginza Gallery in Tokyo, for a select public sneak sample ahead of the Motor Show. So, the future of this car seems to be very endearing.
