Of goat-free roads and speeding drivers

People make all sorts of excuses when caught speeding, but a guy caught speeding in Canada has come up with a really intriguing reason; he says goat-free roads made him speed.

A Swiss man was caught speeding on Canadian roads. He clocked 162kmph in a 100kmph zone; and who's to blame? The man says absence of goats on road spurred him to pump gas!

A Canadian police spokesman said he had never spotted a goat on highways of eastern Ontario in his 20 years of service. But perhaps, roads in Sweden are a different story. The driver has been fined C$360 for speeding.
