Peugeot Loop Concept puts a green spin on future transport

Asmita PrasadAug 30 2008

The Peugeot Loop concept created by designer Javier Arturo Rivera aims at being the epitome of revolutionary green car design for the future. Designed to resemble a cross between the wheels used by the ancient Romans and Egyptian to transport huge blocks of stone and a modern Segway scooter, the Loop uses the axle between the two giant wheels as a seating space which simplifies the design as a whole without compromising on functionality.

The simply yet efficient construction reduces energy usage during he construction stage itself further highlighting the low energy consumption when the vehicle finally hits the road thanks to its lightweight no-fuss frame and an electric engine. The remote controlled integrated central post makes operating the vehicle super smooth making it perfect for public transportation within a limited radius.
