Saker, the Dutch car maker has released two brand new (exclusively for track use only) race cars, the Saker Rapx and Sniper featuring the 2.0 liter Subaru engine. Customary to the Saker brand name these two lean-mean machines have noticeable improvements from the earlier Saker series with weight reduction helping in a better power-to-weight ratio. The new line-up of these two car models will have a sequential gearbox (optional) mated to the engine that will help in quicker gear shift therefore assisting in reducing lap times.

We can expect to see the new Saker line-up burn rubber on the tracks in amateur motor-sports as the pricing is pretty reasonable at around € 50,000. Saker will release the two variants overseas later while the current focus is on the European market.
