An-ex traffic cop, Keith Peat has written to the police authorities warning that drivers are contributing to the high road deaths toll in his home county Lincolnshire - by driving too slowly. These slow drivers can force other motorists into making sometimes fatal overtaking manoeuvres. He adds:
