The Cayenne was never a beauty, but as was illustrated by the MAFF Muron, you can always “work” on its looks. Russian tuners Status Design just did the “work” on the Cayenne, and gave the Cayenne a new bodykit. Their cosmetic surgery gave the Cayenne a new, longer nose, new side skirts, modded C-pillars, and a new two tone paint scheme. Talk about botched cosmetic surgeries!
