They just don’t make ’em like this anymore. The rare 1947 Cisitalia D46 Monoposto was built by Dante Giacosa using Fiat parts, is powered by a 1100cc engine that generates about 60-70 bhp, and weighs just 400kg. The D46s were a favorite with racers in the post war era, but ultimately lost out to expenses and more powerful racers. The car on sale is the 20th of the 30 D46s ever made, and the first ever to get large side fuel tanks.
