Triumph unveils the 2010 Rocket III Roadster

Harsh Sep 30 2009

Triumph has unveiled its new and updated Rocket III Roadster for 2010, and it’s all full of goodies. The motorcycle gets a 15% bump in the torque to take the total output to 165 lb-ft, quite the double of the figure offered by the Yamaha R1. Power figure for the motorcycle hasn’t been released yet, but you can expect the 2300 cc bike to get a jump on that one as well.

The new Rocket weighs 302 kgs, and gets ABS, changes to the ride position to suit the “new ergonomics,” and a blacked out appearance to go along its “bad boy” image. The motorcycle will be available in metallic Phantom black, and Aggressive matt black.
