Almost everyone has a car, but there's something about owning a car that has that special finish, that little customization to make it exclusive, and almost something of a personal treasure. Perhaps that's what Volvo had in mind when they introduced the two latest additions to their lineup. These are special editions of two top-selling Volvo models in the S80 and V70, which look very enticing indeed.

Volvo S80 Executive
The S80 has been Volvo's flagship sedan model for quite a while now, and the S80e or S80 Executive turns that up a notch to add a measure of posh exclusivity to the car. While there's no difference in the engine or overall performance of the car, the S80e has been given a major interior makeover. It's decidedly classy, with a choice between two color tones (expresso brown and off-black), with an abundance of leathery goodness. So much so that even the front instrument panel has a leather panel. The seats are gorgeous, very comfortable, and even come with a massage feature to make your ride that little bit more relaxing. In addition to this, there are provisions for a fridge to be fitted in the back, and also a color screen at the center of the dash-board which is designed to be unobtrusive to the driver. It's a part of Volvo's Sensus in-car entertainment system.
Volvo V70 R
While the S80 Executive is aimed for those looking to add panache and luxury to their lives, the Volvo V70 R-Design model is at another end of the spectrum, targeting those who prefer a sporty look to the interiors. As before, everything under the bonnet remains the same, but the interiors are given an upheaval, with an off-black leather tone for the seats, gearbox and carpets. On the outside, the side mirrors sport integrated LED turn indicators and silk metal covers. The V70-R also comes with beautiful diamond cut 18-inch alloys that complement the car extremely well. Add to all this the Volvo Sensus infotainment system (the same as in the S80E), and you've got an all-round car that's luxurious, sporty, and looks absolutely fantastic, both inside and outside.
