World's smallest nano car

In what can be accounted as one of the greatest auto related scientific breakthrough, scientists from Rice University in Houston, Texas, after 8 years of hard work have built a nanocar from a single molecule. The car can only be seen through magnification, but much to our surprise -- is fitted with a chassis, two axles and four wheels that really rolls not slide - making this one better then the rest.

Surprisingly these scientist are not satisfied, they already have plans to develop alternative power for the car, which already has one of the lowest CO2 emission level.

I know this invention is almost a year old, but have posted nonetheless coz I want to ask on latest developments. Anybody knows? Plz do share here.
