F&M Mugello: A new supercar from Europe

Most widely recognized for its reinterpretation of Antas V8 GT, Italian coachbuilder Faralli & Mazzanti (F&M) are now launching their very own, very first supercar. Famed for their classically themed design cues and proportions, F&M’s debut project would be a mid-engine supercar that the company is calling the Mugello, perhaps inspired by the landscape of the region north of Florence in northern Italy of the same name and the Scuderia Ferrari-owned Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello race track that is used to test Ferrari’s supercars.

To be produced in a superbly personalized and exquisitely exclusive manner, the F&M Mugello by Mazzanti Automobili is aimed to be one of the finer-looking specimens of its breed with minute attention to fine details and chiseled styling allowing it to distinguish itself from competitors. Created to exhibit strong driving dynamics on the road, the F&M Mugello inherits the power of some of the beasts that the company has re-imagined for customers over the years and the model is expected to be spiritually connected to these vehicles if not in the design language that the company underlined each of those creation with.

A lightweight and powerful sportscar, the F&M Mugello was designed by F&M chief designer Zsolt Tarnok with Luca Mazzanti and the model was handcrafted in Italy which makes it one of the more precious numbers and a true labor of love for the company. Only 5 examples of the F&M Mugello will be produced and Italian supercar enthusiasts can expect this vehicle to boast of centrally mounted dual exhaust tips, LEDs on the front and back additional air intake pockets on the sculpted side body, an integrated roof scoop, Pagani Zonda-inspired thin stalked side mirrors, and an impressive curvy silhouette which highlights the lightness of the model in terms of its genre. The latest creation of the brand would guarantee absolute exclusivity and the highest level of craftsmanship for the fortunate (and loaded) future owners of the F&M Mugello.

Faralli & Mazzanti, who has previously bestowed the world with the stunning Antas V8 GT and the Vulca V12, is keeping the specifications and details regarding the Mugello very, very close to their hearts and we can expect to get the juicy details about the new supercar only when the company chooses to release the numbers to the press. For now, the company has only released a few teaser shots for supercar fans to drool over.
