Hadi Teherani's limited edition E-Bike goes on sale

Star architect Hadi Teherani is capitalizing on the EV trend that’s really hot across Europe right now and the creative head of Hadi Teherani AG Design Company is now offering green bikers the chance to own a limited edition e-bike. The unique, sustainably-made e-bike is also fully-functional and stands out from the crowd with its timeless design. Powered by an unspecified front hub motor, the e-bike features a chrome-plated steel frame. By simply putting the pedal up or down, the rider can control the ‘Duomatic’ 2-speed system that functions in combination from Sturmey-Archer gear hub.

Limited edition Hadi Teherani E-Bike

The non-industry design icon designed the bike as a tribute to the electrification trend that has received a huge shot in the arm from various EU incentives that offer special tax exemption to e-bikes across the continent. The bike comes with a removable handlebar bag that holds a 6.6 Ah, 244 W/h lithium-ion battery pack. The rechargeable battery pack makes recharging the bike a breeze.

And being a designer classic, the e-bike also incorporates a host of features that makes it easier for the fashion-forward and tech-savvy youth to identify with the piece. The e-bike comes with an iPhone dock right on the handle bar that offers key bits of info like distance traveled, state of battery charge, speed and navigation info.

The Hamburg-based architectural genius has set up a website dedicated to the sale of the time limited edition e-bike which will be released in a limited run of only 200 units each of which retails for €2,950 (approx. $3,860).
