Placed above the Honda Brio hatchback in Honda’s stable, Jazz is a premium hatchback that has the same 1.2 liter engine under its hood found in its lower priced sibling. However, costlier than Brio, and off course, it has hoards of features that make it worth every penny you spent. The new facelifted version of Jazz was also launched in Oct. last year and comes with a hefty price tag of 5.5 lakhs for the base model but it failed, somewhat, to excel i20 which is selling in very good numbers in India. Talking about the power and performance, Honda Jazz is propelled by 90bhp of power generated by 1.2 liter engine that also gives the peak torque of 110 Nm that makes it sprint from 0-100kmph in 11.5 secs.  Honda Jazz faces a tough competition from Skoda Fabia, Hyundai i20 and Chevrolet SRV, and it remains to be seen how much it affects the sales of these cars.
