The production model draws inspiration from several concept vehicles presented by Hyundai over the years and merges technology, design, art and fashion into one inspiration product. The Veloster RE:MIX was recently unveiled at the 2012 SEMA show in Las Vegas and gets a custom Sprint Gray paint finish, LED taillights and fog lights, LED accents on projector headlights and a unique body kit that makes the “RE:MIX” special edition one of the tamer models presented at the show.

Other options featured in the vehicle include a push-button ignition, keyless access, a leather shift knob and steering wheel and Michelin Pilot Super Sport 215/40/ZR18 tires wrapped around 18-inch Dark Alloy Wheels. The entry level Veloster RE:MIX is powered by a 1.6-liter engine that outputs 138 hp and is offered with a manual and an automatic transmission. Hyundai has stated that the vehicle will be ready for delivery just before the winter holiday season kicks off and will be priced at $21,150 for the automatic transmissions fitted models and $19,900 for manual transmission options. Freight charges for the model cost an extra $750.
