Created as a joint venture between Bolloré, battery manufacturer batScap, and Italian design firm Pininfarina, the Bolloré Blue Car is a production-ready version small electric car that offers a maximum speed of 130 km/h and an electric range of 250 km thanks to a special super capacitor-fitted lithium polymer battery. Created as a way to showcase a new range of electric battery packs, the bubble-shaped car was designed in part by Philippe Guédon from Matra, the man behind the first Renault Espace.
