Laura comes with eight variants with three engine and two transmission option. The petrol version is equipped with 1.8 TSI 4V 1798cc, turbocharged petrol engine that delivers power of 160bhp at 4500–6200rpm and torque of 250Nm at 1500-4500rpm and able to accelerate 0-100 within 9.5 seconds this high performance luxury sedan can attain top speed of 204 km/h with 6 speed manual transmission. Diesel version of Laura comes in 2 engine options 2.0 TDI CR/81kw engine and 2.0TDI CR/103kw engine. The 2.0 TDI CR/81kw engine is equiped with 1968cc and capable to generate power of 110bhp at 4000rpm and torque of 250Nm at 1500–2500rpm and also comes with an option of 5-speed fully synchronized manual transmission. The 2.0TDI CR/103kw engine delivers maximum power of 140bhp at 4000rpm with peak torque of 320Nm at 1750- 2500rpm with 6-speed automatic transmission with Tiptronic manual gear changing. Providing good fuel economy, the petrol variant of Skoda Laura delivers mileage of 10 kmpl to 14 kmpl in city and highway respectively and the diesel variant is capable to deliver 11 Kmpl in city and 17 Kmpl in highways

In side the Laura features with high class leather and wooden decore on doors, dashboard and centre console with chrome inner handles. Featured with multifunction 6.5 LCD TFT display, audio controle on streeing with 12 speakers, automatic climate control system and electrically adjustable driver seats, the Laura ensures comfort of the driver. The car is equiped with bottle holders in the front doors, cup holders, front glovebox with cooling and illumination.


The new sporty sedan Skoda Laura RS is featured with electric operated sunroof, lumber support adjustment, electrically operated external mirrors, touchscreen audio system with built-in six CD changer.


Packed with dual front airbags, driver seatbelt warning light, adjustable three-point seatbelts at front and rear, door-open indicator, child-proof rear window and door locking, external mirror defogger with timer and rear windscreen defogger with timer, Laura ensures the safety of passengers.
