Volkswagen Golf is one of the world’s most established models and has ‘world car of the year 2009’ under its belt. It was launched way back in 1974 and brand has already sold more than 26 million units since then, which already speak for its popularity. In order to get the huge Indian market share, Volkswagen is launching Golf in India.

The front fascia of the hatchback comes fitted with range adjustable halogen headlights coupled with day time running lamps. Between each side headlamp clusters, the front radiator grille comprises of 2 high gloss black finish horizontal slats with chrome insert. Just below the front grille and above the lower air dam, there is a flat panel in body colour. At the sides of the Volkswagen Golf, there are body colour rear view mirrors (ORVMs), coupled with turn indicators. The striking part of the rear is its twin exhaust system in chrome finish.

The dashboard of this hatch gives an impression of a general fighter plane as it is incorporated with superb instrument panel, central dash audio player and AC controls, glove box, AC vents, etc. The dashboard is speculated to be fixed with CD/MP3 player with four speakers, good enough to thrill its passengers. There is good enough space for all the passengers inside the cabin. The AC system of the car is much better than mid-range cars, it keeps the inside atmosphere at a comfortable level. The driver seat is height adjustable and comes with lumber support.
